Motivation

Practical Experience: Every other week, production practice (5 days x 7 hours).
Financial Reward: 100 CZK/hour plus a 1000 CZK monthly bonus for completing 200 hours of practice per year.
Identification with the Company: Company T-shirts with the slogan "Learning for BRANO."
Evaluation and Recognition: Monthly evaluation by the master, recognition of the top 3 apprentices with a reward.
Company Scholarships: Offering scholarships for the last two years of study with a commitment.
Career Opportunities: Guaranteed positions for the best apprentices and their contribution to the overall workforce.
Official Recognition: Certificate of successful completion of the BRANO production practice.

Free Professional Practice: Practice in specialized departments (technology, design, logistics, quality).
Financial Reward: 1,500 CZK per month after evaluation by the department head for completing 200 hours of practice annually.
Career Opportunities: Job offers at BRANO a.s. for the best students based on work performance evaluations according to BRANO methodology.

Collaboration with universities

Collaboration with universities

Free Professional Practice: Practice in product development and tool development.
Final Project: Requirement to complete a final project.
Evaluation and Recognition: Final evaluation by the head of development, TOOLS director, or business development director. Recognition of the top 3 students with a reward.
Part-Time Work Opportunities: Collaboration on a work agreement while working on specific projects (design, calculations, testing).
Career Opportunities: Job offers for selected students based on work performance evaluations according to BRANO methodology.

Filip Klemens – System Administrator

Straight from school and without any experience, I joined the giant that is BRANO.

BRANO gave me the opportunity to complete a professional internship while studying. After finishing my studies, BRANO offered me a secure full-time position in the IT department. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. The company provided thorough training, and to this day, I can rely on my experienced colleagues who serve as excellent advisors and mentors. BRANO helped me kickstart my professional career.

BRANO family saga

I am continuing the family tradition, as both my father and mother spent their entire professional lives at BRANO. When I was deciding what career path to take, BRANO was the obvious choice. I started working as a machine operator, but BRANO provided me with opportunities for professional growth, and today I am a Surface Treatment Specialist.

After graduating from university, I joined Brano as a technologist and within three years, I advanced through project management to become the head of production for the largest door systems division. After two years of managing production operations, I was given the opportunity to lead project management for the entire Brano, a.s., where I communicated with nearly all major global automakers and handled new projects. Concurrently, I worked on developing an intralogistics system from the entry of materials to the loading of finished parts onto trucks. This project, after several years of planning, approximately one year of construction, and a budget of nearly 100 million CZK, was successfully completed. On my 10th anniversary with the company, I agreed with the management to move to the Olomouc division as the director of the thermal technology division and the executive director of the subsidiary company producing pedal systems for Japanese cars, BRANO OTBR s.r.o.

We open the doors to students to take a look into the world where dreams about cars become reality.

I like to introduce them to our company and show them how innovations can be fun. During excursions, we present our history and current successes, both at home and abroad.

Students see our development department with a prototype testing facility, tool shop, and metrology center. We also show them our production of parts for the automotive industry, from progressive and injection presses to modern assembly lines with robotics.
I believe that this tour will inspire them not only to complete an internship with us but also to become part of our team after graduation. Our doors are always open to talented and motivated students.
